Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on DodaBooks are digital downloads (ebooks, art print bundles, and educational resources). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

2. Cancellation

Order cancellation is only possible before the payment has been processed. Once payment is successfully completed and the order is verified, the digital delivery process begins automatically and cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase in the following cases:

• The download link is defective and we cannot resolve the issue.
• The file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• An incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our part.

Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after downloading, compatibility issues with your device or software, or orders where the download link was successfully delivered and accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@dodabooks.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be permanently blocked from future purchases. Please reach out to us directly — we will resolve any legitimate issue.
