DodaBooks sells digital products including annotated ebooks (EPUB, PDF, AZW3 formats), art print bundles, and educational resources. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. User Accounts

You may browse and purchase as a guest. Optional account registration is available for order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD) where available. Prices are listed in USD on product pages. You agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment verification, you will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page. Download links are valid for 30 days. We recommend downloading your files promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

The underlying public domain texts are free of copyright restrictions. Our original content — including annotations, introductions, analyses, study materials, cover designs, and formatting — is the intellectual property of DodaBooks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission. Art prints are derived from public domain artworks; our derivative bundles (formatting, sizing, and compilation) are our original work.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute our digital products, (b) share download links with third parties, (c) use our site for any unlawful purpose, or (d) attempt to circumvent our payment or download systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

DodaBooks provides digital products "as is." We make no warranties regarding compatibility with specific devices or software. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
